The prewalker is a fantastic classic that has helped many generations with their first steps. It’s the perfect little beginner shoe for the child who is just starting to practice walking. If the child can pull themselves up on things, stand alone, or maybe take a few steps with mom or dad holding their hand, wearing prewalkers can help prevent slipping.
The fine, little handmade shoe fits snugly on the foot and provides good support around the ankle. The combination of a prewalker and bare feet will be optimal for the child’s feet. Prewalker are made of lovely, soft leather and have plenty of fine details.
The outsole is supple, flexible, and provides optimal freedom of movement for the feet. The flat sole without a heel drop means there is no height difference between the front and back of the foot, creating a harmonious and natural foot position.
Prewalker Strap is designed with a velcro closure and adjustment possibility, providing an adjustable fit so the shoe can be perfectly tailored to the child’s foot, offering optimal comfort and support.
Prewalkers are intended for children who are learning to walk/stand and are not recommended for children who have full balance and can walk/run, as the sole is extra soft and flexible and not suitable for heavier wear.
